WIN provides services to individuals facing challenges accessing or navigating the labour market. This includes job seekers who are unemployed, underemployed, new graduates, career changers, newcomers to Canada, individuals with barriers to employment, or anyone looking to advance their career prospects.

Our services are provided at no cost to participants. WIN is currently volunteer-led and run and continues to pursue funding through government programs and community partnerships, allowing us to offer comprehensive career support without financial barriers.

The timeline varies depending on individual circumstances, career goals, and current job market conditions. While some participants may find employment within weeks, others may need several months of preparation and skill development. During your intake, we’ll discuss realistic timelines based on your specific situation.

Please bring a current resume (if you have one), identification, any relevant certificates or educational documents, and a list of your work experience. If you don’t have a resume, don’t worry—we’ll help you create one during our process.

No, we work with participants across all industries and career levels. Whether you’re interested in healthcare, technology, trades, retail, administration, or any other field, our team can provide relevant guidance and connect you with appropriate opportunities and employers.

Our support doesn’t end when you find employment. We provide follow-up services. This includes check-ins during your first few months of employment, assistance with any workplace challenges, and ongoing career development support as needed.
